EP Hydraulic-set Retrievable Esp Packer

RuiFeng “EP” packer is a single string, hydraulic-set, tubing-retrievable packer designed for well using ESP system. It incorporates multiple pass-through ports that can be used to accommodate an electric cable, gas vent valve, chemical injection valve, down-hole control line or other ESP accessories.

This ESP packer is installed with the completion tubing and is set by applying pressure to the tubing. A bi-directional carburized slips is utilized to hold the packer in place and minimizing the risk of casing damage. For big size EP packer, a hold down button slip will be configured to against differential pressure from below.

Retrieval is accomplished with a straight upward pull on tubing without a retrieving tool. And the shear release value can be adjusted on request at the field.
