1 An elevator with a huge storage hopper lifts the syringes into the

centrifugetube with push rod to the machine feeder track part

 

2 Centrifugetube machine syringe sorter and feeder the syringe ,sent into the track auto

 

 

3 Enter the feeding track of filling capping machine one by one

 

 

4 Machine start to fill the liquid or gel from syringe mouth(mouth direction is bottom)

 

5 Vibrating bowl send screw cap or press cap into machine:different cap ,

capping way is different ,some's caps need to tight by scewing ,some cap

only need to press on nouth.

 

 

6 machine add and tight the cap on syringe mouth
